Am Donnerstag, 20. August 2015, trafen sich die Mitglieder des Vorbereitungsteams, um die Preise für die Tombola und das Kronkorkenschätzen zu sortieren. Auch die Lostrommel wurde begutachtet, der Nagelbalken konnte auf Stabilität überprüft werden und die Kronkorkensäule wurde nochmal ordentlich
